\u00c2\u00a0Email me. \u00c2\u00a0This piece is a reaction to intermedia artists like Antunez Roca and Stelarc who do crazy things to their bodies via the internet or through remote applications. \u00c2\u00a0I wanted to reinsert humanity to the equation by allowing people to be directly responsible for the motions of my body.<\/p>\n<p><object classid=\"clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000\" width=\"425\" height=\"344\" codebase=\"http:\/\/download.macromedia.com\/pub\/shockwave\/cabs\/flash\/swflash.cab#version=6,0,40,0\"><param name=\"allowFullScreen\" value=\"true\" \/><param name=\"allowscriptaccess\" value=\"always\" \/><param name=\"src\" value=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/My7IVf4hBkA&amp;hl=en&amp;fs=1&amp;rel=0\" \/><param name=\"allowfullscreen\" value=\"true\" \/><embed type=\"application\/x-shockwave-flash\" width=\"425\" height=\"344\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/My7IVf4hBkA&amp;hl=en&amp;fs=1&amp;rel=0\" allowscriptaccess=\"always\" allowfullscreen=\"true\"><\/embed><\/object><\/p>\n<p>If you can&#8217;t tell from the video, I&#8217;m wearing a shirt that says &#8220;Spin Me&#8221; on the front and &#8220;Push Me&#8221; on the back. \u00c2\u00a0I&#8217;ve also got blacked out goggles so I can&#8217;t see anything, and ear protection so I can&#8217;t hear anything. \u00c2\u00a0The sensory deprivation is so that I can only experience others through touch &#8211; I can&#8217;t predict what is going to happen. \u00c2\u00a0Maybe I need a gag, too?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Trial run of a new performance. \u00c2\u00a0Suggestions?
