Dear City of Tempe Public Works,
Thank you for the prompt response, pictured above on 13 October 2009, to my installation project "Road Work." Asphalt is clearly superior to plaster as a road patching material. I can assure you that the bicyclists of ASU appreciate your efforts, and if you ever need help with further bike lane repair please let me know.
